Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user interface components. Partner with UX designers and leads to gather complete requirements and translate them into well-defined designs. Identify reusable components and maintain a comprehensive component library to minimize duplication. Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality, performance-focused code that adheres to best practices for readability and reusability. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to optimize system functionality. Actively engage in scrum team activities, contributing to agile workflows. Quickly adapt to new tools, languages, design patterns, and libraries, seamlessly integrating them into ongoing projects. Engineer solutions across the persistence layer (SQL), middle tier (REST WebAPI/Microservices), .NET Core, C#, and front end (JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS), incorporating thoughtful design patterns for non-functional requirements. Interpret business requirements and convert them into technical stories ready for development. Uphold high-quality standards within the team by following and promoting best practices. Balance new development and maintenance work, including addressing Tier-3 issues when necessary. Who You Are: You re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have: Between 4 to 8 years of overall software development experience, complemented by 3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in UI development with React JS/Redux, React Hooks, React Toolkit, and React-Native (including integrated native components). Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Proficient in design philosophies and principles such as OOP, SOLID, and REST. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work closely with product owners and PMs to meet client expectations and adhere to project schedules. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+, TypeScript, and DOM manipulation. Experience with common frontend tools like Webpack, NPM, and Babel. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, API design and development, and RESTful services. Strong skills in SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures and functions. Detailed experience with coding and troubleshooting using HTML5, CSS3, and comparable languages. Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token. Familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus. You ll stand out if you have: Strong skills in multi-threading. Experience with MSMQ and Kafka. Knowledge in the IoT domain. Experience with AWS.
