Dot Net Lead with Angular

Role Overview: You will be joining our team in Pune as a .NET Lead with strong Angular expertise. Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, managing project delivery, and driving high-quality development using .NET technologies and Angular. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and Angular (v10+) - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable architecture - Guide and mentor a team of developers in coding best practices, code reviews, and agile methodologies - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC - Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code and components - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security - Work with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD processes and ensure quality standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 6+ years of professional experience in software development - Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API - Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v10 or above) - Proficient in SQL Server, LINQ, and Entity Framework - Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture - Experience with version control tools like Git, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred) - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Additional Company Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
