Role Overview: As a Technical Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects. You will be involved in designing and developing web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Core), ReactJS/NextJS, APIs, and SQL Server. Your role will also include overseeing the end-to-end software development life cycle, including architecture, coding, code review, testing, and deployment. Implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and practices will be a crucial part of your job. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. Additionally, creating reports and dashboards using SSRS and interpreting data-driven insights will be part of your responsibilities. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and communication at all levels will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of developers for the successful delivery of technical projects. - Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Core), ReactJS/NextJS, APIs, and SQL Server. - Oversee end-to-end SDLC, including architecture, coding, code review, testing, and deployment. - Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and practices. - Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals. - Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. - Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and interpret data-driven insights. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 14+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year as a Technical Manager/Technical Project Manager. - Recent 2+ years of experience with ReactJS is mandatory. - Hands-on experience with ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core), SQL Server, APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps tools, and CI/CD. - Proficiency in report design using SSRS. - Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.,
