Primary Skills (Must-Have)

Developer should have proven expertise in C# programming and experience working with Visual Studio, supported by a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle within an agile environment.
Developers must demonstrate strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of requirements and user stories, with the ability to translate them into efficient designs. They should be capable of producing clean, effective, and testable code, and must understand their role in both unit and integration testing.
Developers are expected to work autonomously, organize their tasks effectively, and proactively seek information or assistance when needed. They should also be able to comprehend and adapt existing code and designs as part of their development work.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related software engineering discipline, along with validated experience in software development.
The developer should demonstrate:
The ability to independently explore and understand an existing codebase and its underlying concepts.
Curiosity about the functional aspects of the product, with foundational knowledge of the finance industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills.
