Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer with 45 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining PLC systems for various automation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and reliable control systems for our machines and processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) based on project requirements. Create and modify HMI/SCADA interfaces to ensure user-friendly operation. Integrate PLC systems with sensors, actuators, drives, and industrial equipment. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PLC and automation systems on-site and remotely. Read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and P&IDs. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure complete system integration. Support system commissioning and post-installation support at customer sites if required. Maintain documentation for all programming and system configurations Requirements: Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering. 4-5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation system integration. Proficiency in programming Siemens (S7-300/1500), Allen Bradley (RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000), or other major PLC platforms. Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.). Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for commissioning and support (if required). Preferred Skills: Experience with safety PLCs, servo drives, and VFDs. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IIoT integrations. Knowledge of structured programming and ladder logic. Experience in manufacturing, robotics, or special-purpose machinery preferred.
