DOSA MAKER

• Prepare different types of dosas such as Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Onion Dosa, Set Dosa, and others as per restaurant standards.
• Maintain proper consistency and fermentation of dosa batter.
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
• Provide excellent service and adapt to customer preferences when needed.
• Proven experience as a Dosa Maker or South Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and breakfast items.
