Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales and Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is adaptable, results-driven, and willing to travel as needed to meet clients and deliver in-person product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Sales Strategy: Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships by offering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Product Demonstrations: Travel to client locations when requested to deliver impactful, on-site product presentations. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals aligned with company objectives. Post-Sale Support: Ensure seamless handover to implementation teams and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or financial services. Domain expertise and a broad network are advantageous. Strong skills in sales strategy, client communication, and deal negotiation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and product demonstrations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to both independent and collaborative work environments.
