Job Description/Responsibilities:- Responsible for Design of steel structure & Buildings related to thermal power plant. Responsible for overall review of vendor design drawings. Responsible for preparing, checking of detail design, drawings. Should develop other engineers, distribution of job, reviewing drawings as and when required to ensure the quality. Design & drawings for Dynamic Equipment foundation related to power plant like STG, BFP etc. Coordinating with other departments and participating in 3D IDR for clash check & generation of report. Required:- B.E/B. Tech Must have experience in multi discipline engineering/EPC organization, preferable from power sector. Working knowledge on SAP, Staad Pro design & dynamic analysis software. Excellent communication skill
Responsible for cases assigned to him. Collate all documents related to case from site and review. Providing legal assistance includes legal advice to contract risk management, Labour claim, Labour Compliances, Process to obtaining license, Employee disputes, Customer claims, Change orders, Extension of time, Dispute redressal management, Issue related to execution of contracts. Timely Legal Inputs as required by various depts: Admin,HR,Treasury,Engg,Manufacturing,Construction,Procurements,Litigation,Dsipute resolutions, submission of Claims Filing of claim and counterclaim for and on behalf of company as authorized representative. Visiting to the office of law firm, court and arbitration tribunal to represent the company. Attending and follows up arbitration/Legal Matters in various courts and briefing the panel advocates, Senior Advocates, Retainers Counsels. Presentation to internal departments, Site level and management tam at local & headquarter level on various legal issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. The Candidate must have experience in contract management for infrastructure/Construction EPC companies and good exposure to support to project execution teams related to contract risk Management, Customer claims, Dispute redressal management etc. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues with diverse levels of Management and employees. Desired Qualification & Experience:- Law graduate (LLB from reputed School of Law) and having minimum In house corporate experience of 10 - 16 years, Preferably in EPC company Job Location:- Sector - 60, Gurgaon
