Job Description: Human Resources Executive We are seeking trustworthy candidate who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. As a HR Executive employee lifecycle from hiring to separation will be your responsibility. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the applicable rules and regulations and have expertise managing HR-related duties. Responsibility: · Managing and implementing HR policies and regulations into practice · Overseeing the hiring procedures, which include screening applicants, setting up interviews, performing and conducting background investigations · Updating HR databases and keeping track of employee records · Managing compensation and benefit plans for employees · Performing evaluations of performance and providing feedbacks to employees · Resolving disputes and addressing employee relations concerns · Maintaining adherence to labour rules and regulations · Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management · Managing the procedures for employee separation Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar discipline is required. · 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar sector · Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations · Microsoft Office proficiency · Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities · Excellent time-management and organizing abilities · The ability to uphold an exceptionally high degree of confidentiality · Capable of setting priorities and paying attention to details Additional Information · Competitive Salary · Full Time, Work from Office · Morning Shift · Location- Vidhyadhar Nagar , Sector 2, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Contact · HR Department-+7339737840 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
