Donstaa Talent Agency is looking for a proactive and highly motivated Talent Manager to join our team in Mumbai for immediate joining . We are a talent management agency dedicated to representing and nurturing the careers of actors in the entertainment industry. This is a full-time, in-office position with working hours from Monday to Saturday. This is a great opportunity for someone with 0 to 1 year of experience who has a keen interest in the entertainment sector and is eager to grow in the field. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Serve as the main point of contact for our talent, ensuring their needs are met and their careers are progressing. Scouting & Research: Actively scout for new talent and stay updated on industry trends, entertainment news, and client-specific research. Negotiations & Logistics: Assist with contract negotiations, scheduling, and other logistical tasks to support our clients' projects. Agency Management: Manage the agency's social media presence, create engaging content, and handle other administrative duties. Leveraging Technology: Use tools like Canva and MS Office , and be open to learning and utilizing AI for various tasks. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and an active, resourceful mindset. Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of current digital trends. A genuine passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to build a strong network within it.
