Key Responsibilities: - Identify New Opportunities: Conduct systematic research to identify prospective donors, including CSR arms of corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals aligned with Shiksha's mission. - In-Depth Analysis: Dive deep into prospect websites, annual reports, and public filings to understand their thematic focus areas, geographic priorities, and giving history. - Strategic Alignment: Analyze potential funders" mandates against Shiksha's needs to create a targeted shortlist for outreach. - Database Management: Maintain and update an internal CRM database with accurate information on fundraising prospects. - Data Integrity: Record key prospect details, organizational structure, primary contacts, funding cycles, and areas of interest. - Draft Compelling Communication: Assist in crafting engaging cold emails or messages to prospective funders identified through research. - Team Collaboration: Provide research support to senior team members, stay informed about sector trends, and contribute to monthly tracking of prospect pipeline growth.
