Position Overview: As a vital member of the management team, you are responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the company by providing insights and guidance on financial matters, managing financial risks, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Financial Duties: Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, prepare cash flow forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare management reports and financial summaries for stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and manage working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Develop cash flow projections and identify potential cash flow issues. Review the expenses variance file, prepared with the Chief Accountant, and monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the budget. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial information. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and group of internal policies and procedures. Lead and manage the finance team in coordination with the Chief Accountant, including hiring, training, and performance management. Provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team. Support strategic initiatives, including capital investments, and collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business growth and expansion plans. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including external auditors, banks, and investors. Review and approve the CFR. Evaluate and approve the credit limit for new customers based on available documents as part of the approval cycle. Review and approve external and internal transfers between bank accounts. Approve petty cash and release replenishment transfers. Review and approve bank reconciliations. Approve and review payroll. Work closely with external auditors to finalize and issue the annual financial statement. Prepare the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) report for external auditors. Prepare the Right of Use (ROU) assets calculation for external auditors. Prepare and review the income tax return in coordination with the tax consultant, ensuring submission before the due date. Review and submit all tax returns (VAT, monthly and yearly withholding tax). Review and approve the End of Service calculation. Solve and intervene in collection and invoice problems as needed. Calculate incentives for sales and management. Provide opinions and advice if any issues are identified that may lead to problems in the future. Ensure compliance with required internal audit findings when needed. Administration Duties: Follow up on all government documents and licenses, ensuring their validity and timely renewal before expiration. Oversee all administrative matters related to the company, including insurance (health, vehicles, all risks). Review the company's contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other parties, and coordinate with the company's lawyer for guidance and necessary amendments. Work with the company's lawyers on legal matters, consultations, and legal cases. Ensure compliance with all laws, financial and tax matters, and licenses. Approve and authorize documents through the Chamber of Commerce, including required certificates and documents for customers or employees. Serve as the point of contact for electronic document authorization. Serve as the point of contact between the company and the head office for all SAP-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Oversee and lead any new projects related to SAP or IT, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes. HR Duties: Oversee personnel affairs and recruitment processes, including offer letters, leave management, and work permit renewals. Provide guidance and support to the Admin Assistant in completing these tasks. Review job offers to ensure they meet company standards. Manage HR processes and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, addressing internal disputes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred Languages: Fluent Proficiency in English language is required Years of experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role Key Competencies/Skills: Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Position Overview: As a QA Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all production, quality, and health & safety operations within the facility are conducted efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The QA & HSE Operation Engineer will play a key role in auditing processes, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, clean, and high-performing production environment Responsibilities: 1. Operational Audits and Monitoring Conduct regular and systematic audits across all factory departments and sub-sections. Verify compliance with approved operational procedures and efficiency targets. Identify process non-conformities or deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions. 2. Material and Warehouse Control Audit material receiving procedures to confirm conformance with approved specifications. Monitor warehouse management practices, including storage conditions, FIFO implementation, and labeling accuracy. Ensure safe handling and segregation of chemical materials in line with safety and environmental policies. 3. Production and Process Quality Ensure proper implementation of in-process controls during mixing, blending, and batching operations. Verify filled product measurements, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity. Oversee sample testing and laboratory quality checks to maintain product consistency and compliance with specifications. 4. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance Audit all H&S programs, risk assessments, and control measures throughout production areas. Verify adherence to local regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. Support incident/accident investigations and follow up on implementation of preventive measures. Promote a strong safety culture and participate in HSE awareness and training sessions 5. Housekeeping and Factory Image Monitor cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in all production and warehouse zones. Support implementation of 5S principles to maintain a safe, efficient, and visually organized workplace. 6. Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions Follow up with concerned departments on customer complaints. Ensure root cause analysis is conducted and corrective/preventive actions are implemented effectively. Verify closure of all quality- and safety-related nonconformities. 7. Reporting and Continuous Improvement Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports summarizing findings and improvement recommendations. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and safety performance. Participate in management reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in both QA and HSE domains. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. Languages: Fluency in English is required. Years of experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or HSE roles within a chemical or manufacturing environment. Key Competencies/Skills: Strong analytical and auditing skills. Excellent attention to detail and process discipline. Sound understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards. Effective communication and reporting abilities. Proactive, organized, and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives. ISO 9001 management system experience is required, and any other management system is preferred such as 45001 and 14001. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not required; training is provided.
