Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site VMC Operator located in Tiruvallur. Your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and manage CNC machines for various tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. It will involve reading blueprints, manuals, and work instructions, preparing raw materials, inspecting finished products, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and CNC machines - Set up and manage machines for drilling, grinding, and milling - Read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals - Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines - Inspect and measure finished products for quality control - Troubleshoot any issues with the machines - Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Qualification Required: - Experience in operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and CNC machines - Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals - Proficiency in measuring and inspecting finished products - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and precision - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience in the manufacturing or metalworking industry is a plus - Relevant technical diploma or certification,
