Domestic Voice Process - Customer Support

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) in the Voice Process department, you will be responsible for providing customer support through inbound and outbound calls. The work model is hybrid, with the initial 3 months being in the office and the option to work from home based on performance. This position requires you to work day shifts and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude during interactions. - Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries. - Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company. Qualifications Required: - Minimum education of 12th grade or Diploma. - Freshers are eligible to apply. - Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. - Strictly no candidates with a BE/B.Tech/PG background, unless they have prior BPO experience.
