Domain Leader - Documentation

Role Overview: As an ISR Domain Leader in Documentation, your main responsibility will be to define and manage the maintenance documentation plan, ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. You will lead the Technical Authoring team and oversee the production of maintenance documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing data capitalization and ensuring efficient parts codification in line with Platform rules. Your role will also involve defining and implementing key processes to ensure the best quality of documentation is delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage the maintenance documentation plan in alignment with the Documentation Management Plan or ISR Management Plan objectives. - Lead the Technical Authoring team in producing maintenance documentation. - Manage data capitalization and input related to maintenance documentation in the central ISR repository. - Implement organization and key processes to ensure high-quality documentation delivery within QCD targets and ISR Management Plan objectives. - Ensure Maintenance Documentation is published using Alstom standard Method & Tools standard. - Manage partners involved in authoring activities and ensure efficient parts codification. - Collect and consider REX for reuse purposes and manage the Documentation Breakdown Structure. - Maintain a relationship with the LSA Manager for the production of maintenance documentation. - Ensure the Documentation database (ILS PDM) is accurately defined and completed. Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing maintenance documentation projects. - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of up to 5 people. - Budget responsibility experience of up to 1 ME. - Knowledge of Database and Technology domains. - Familiarity with international standards and Alstom central procedures. Additional Details: The role of ISR Domain Leader in Documentation will require you to promote the usage of standard ISR practices compliant with international standards or Alstom central procedures and Method & Tool.
