The role incumbent is responsible for implementing roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, identifying gaps, defining business requirements and functions, applying best practices, facilitating meetings, and contributing to project planning. Consultants are expected to partake in solution building for clients and the practice. This role involves handling higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and requires proactive client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main client contact, leading engagement with 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners. - Develop, assess, and validate clients" business strategy, including industry positioning and direction. - Design solutions and services aligned with clients" business strategy. - Estimate scope and liability for delivering the end product/solution. - Identify revenue opportunities in existing and new areas. - Lead engagements, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. - Drive proposal creation and presales activities for engagements and new accounts. - Contribute to the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks, etc. - Mentor less experienced team members in solution delivery. - Lead efforts to develop go-to-market/off-the-shelf/point solutions and methodologies for reuse. - Create reusable intellectual property from managed projects.
