· Should have team handling experience in the education domain. · Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. · Will be responsible for handling a team of education counsellors. · Responsible for building and managing a healthy relationship with clients. · Will be responsible for handling day-to-day productivity reports. · Close sales and achieve monthly quotas · Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects · Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers · Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied · Ability to take challenges and work in a target driven and result oriented environment. · Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, asking for referrals, giving satisfying answers to customers, creating trust, and leading by values of the company.
