You will be joining Dolphin Digital, a Texas-based firm that specializes in programmatic Out-of-Home (OOH) media. Dolphin Digital offers Digital OOH Video and Audio advertising on a nationwide network of over 3,500 screens. Integrated with the Vistar Supply-Side Platform, we leverage AI-powered and cloud-based solutions to deliver data-driven, impactful digital advertising. Our advanced technology includes HD displays, custom installations, and viewer analytics to optimize audience engagement. Real-time remote auditing enables advertisers to monitor and adjust campaigns seamlessly for precision-targeted, high-performance advertising. As a Technical Support Specialist in this full-time remote role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical issues, conducting system diagnostics, and promptly resolving customer concerns. You will work closely with customers to deliver high-quality support and uphold strong customer relationships.
