Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance:Maintain accurate daily accounting records (manual and digital). Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements to management. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards. Assist with audits and maintain all financial documentation. Operations Management:Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams for order processing and fulfillment. Monitor inventory, logistics, and dispatch processes. Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently. Support procurement and vendor management activities.
