Track analytics and optimize for reach & engagement. Experiment with reels, trending formats, and youth-driven content. Who We’re Looking For Passionate about media and digital content creation. Strong grasp of Instagram reels and trending formats. Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop). Creative writing skills (short captions, catchy headlines). Highly motivated, curious, and experimental. Preference for candidates with certificates in mass media / journalism. Location: Based in Jammu Perks & Growth Salary based on experience.
