What You’ll Do - Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and social media strategy that reflects our brand’s innovative spirit and educates our audience on AI-powered solutions. - Manage our social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube—crafting and scheduling engaging, informative content. - Create clear, compelling copy for social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, press releases, product updates, and website pages. - Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into accessible stories and user benefits. - Design or coordinate visually appealing content such as infographics, demo videos, and customer success stories to showcase our technology’s impact. - Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, questions, and feedback across platforms. - Build relationships with AI influencers, tech bloggers, and media to increase brand visibility and credibility. - Monitor online conversations about our brand and the AI industry, managing reputation with professionalism. - Track and analyze social media and communication metrics; generate reports and refine strategies for continuous growth. - Partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align messaging and support product launches, campaigns, and webinars. - Stay updated on the latest AI trends, social media tools, and communication best practices to keep our messaging fresh and relevant. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience managing communications and social media for a tech-focused or B2C brand, preferably in AI, software, or SaaS. - Proven ability to craft engaging, easy-to-understand content targeting both tech-savvy and general audiences. - Excellent command of English (this is super important to us) - Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics. - Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics). - Basic skills in graphic design and video editing, experience using platforms like Canva and Figma - Experience using generative AI tools is a strong plus. - Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a startup setting. - Creative mindset excited to experiment and find new ways to connect with users. - Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally.
