Job Description

As a Lead Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience in Documentum technologies, you will be responsible for designing and developing Documentum-based applications to meet business requirements and enhance content management capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and development of Documentum-based applications - Overseeing the implementation of Documentum xCP solutions - Providing technical expertise in Documentum Process Builder - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements - Developing and maintaining Documentum D2 configurations - Ensuring security and integrity of Documentum applications - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues - Mentoring and guiding junior developers - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration - Conducting performance tuning and optimization - Staying updated with latest Documentum technologies and industry trends - Documenting all development processes and configurations Qualifications required for this role: - Extensive experience in Documentum Documentum xCP and Documentum Process Builder - Proficiency in Documentum D2 and Documentum Administrator - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Understanding of Documentum Foundation Classes - Proactive approach to learning new technologies - Detail-oriented mindset for accuracy and quality You will also need the following certifications: - Documentum Content Server Certification - Documentum xCP Certification,
