DOCUMENTATION - TRAINEE

What you will learn

• Learn to maintain and organize export files and shipment records.
• Assist in preparing post-shipment documents and basic daily/weekly reports.
• Enter daily export data in the system and inform customers about due dates.
• Help in preparing payment requisitions and sending stuffing/loading confirmations.
• Support in BL draft preparation, container booking, and releasing HBL/MBL.
• Learn to send export manifests and prepare simple shipment tracking reports.
• Understand basic shipment types like LCL/FCL, free hand, nomination, and ex-works.

Timings & Holidays

• 2nd & 4th Saturday off, Other Saturdays are half day.
• Office timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
