Documentation Intern

The Documentation Intern will support the team by assisting with the creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation. This internship offers handson experience in technical writing, content management, and document control, providing valuable insights into the documentation process and professional skill development.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

Assist with writing, editing, and formatting technical documents, manuals, and user guides. Organize and maintain documentation files and ensure version control. Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation. Help develop and implement documentation standards and templates. Conduct research to support documentation projects and improve content quality.

QUALFICATIONS-

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools; attention to detail, knowledge of autocrat system Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Must have a good internet connection.
