Job Description

Documentation Executive - Import / Export

Export / Import Executive

Salary: 3-4 LPA

Experience - Min 2yrs

Locations - Sahibabad, Site-4, Ghaziabad

Job description:

Handle complete export/import documentation.
Coordinate with forwarders for booking & dispatch.
Process export bills, LC docs & bank submissions.
Track inward remittances, prepare BRCs & MIS reports.
Handle reconciliations, audits & banking.

Required Candidate profile

Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Skilled in export/import documentation, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Flexible, customer-service oriented, with strong teamwork and discretion
Experience in banking for foreign receipts and payments would be a added advantage
Should have exposure to maintain complete set of documents from export till realisation and BRC filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
