Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of a global team dedicated to helping innovative companies unleash their potential. Your role involves executing high-quality visual designs for various documentation projects in PPT and Word formats. You will collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and contribute to design projects. Staying updated with industry trends and software updates is essential for enhancing efficiency and productivity. Adapting designs based on feedback and preparing design presentations for clients are key aspects of your responsibilities. Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to design guidelines will be crucial for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-quality visual designs for documentation projects in PPT and Word formats - Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and contribute to design projects - Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and new technologies - Adapt designs based on feedback from peers, senior designers, and stakeholders - Prepare design presentations and documents to effectively communicate ideas to clients or internal stakeholders - Ensure all visual designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to design guidelines - Maintain a high level of deliverables in alignment with directives from the stream lead or design lead - Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage workload to meet project deadlines while maintaining design quality Qualifications Required: - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint - Working knowledge of MS Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign would be beneficial - Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies - Good communication skills (Note: Additional details about Capgemini, their global presence, and services have been omitted from the final JD),
