Documentation Cum Telecaller Responsibilities: 1. Maintain accurate records: Ensure all documents, including customer information, sales records, and other relevant data, are accurately maintained and up-to-date. 2. Data entry: Enter data into various software systems, including CRM software, spreadsheets, and databases. 3. Document management: Manage and maintain documents, including filing, scanning, and shredding. 4. Generate reports: Generate reports as required, including sales reports, customer reports, and other relevant data. 5. Make outbound calls: Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services, generate leads, and drive sales. 6. Respond to inbound calls: Respond to inbound calls from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support. 7. Build relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through regular communication. 8.
