Job Description

A Documentation Associate creates, manages, and maintains accurate and organized documentation for various purposes, including technical manuals, user guides, and internal processes. They ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role often involves collaborating with different teams to gather information and ensure documentation reflects current processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafting, editing, and formatting technical documents, manuals, and records. Create and revise documents used by production, engineering, and quality departments. Managing document storage, whether digital or physical, ensuring easy access, version control, and compliance with document retention policies. Assisting with training employees on documentation procedures, best practices, and the use of document management systems. Skills Required: Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents effectively. Familiarity with document management software (EXCEL), databases, and other relevant technologies. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to documentation and processes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
