Job Description

The Document Arranger will be responsible for systematically organizing, maintaining, and managing all construction-related documents, including contracts, drawings, correspondence, and records. The role ensures proper filing, easy retrieval, and safe storage of documents in both physical and digital formats to support smooth project execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, arrange, and file all project-related documents, records, and reports.
  • Maintain systematic filing (physical and digital) for easy accessibility of information.
  • Label, index, and archive documents as per company and project requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining updated versions of drawings, tenders, contracts, invoices, and approvals.
  • Ensure proper document control in line with ISO standards or company policy.
  • Track, monitor, and update document logs and registers.
  • Support project managers and site teams by providing required documentation on time.
  • Secure confidential documents and restrict unauthorized access.
  • Coordinate with departments (Engineering, Procurement, HR, Finance, etc.) to collect and update necessary records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on document status and ensure compliance with document management procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in documentation or record management (preferably in construction/infrastructure industry).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
