Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Tour Manager located in Alappuzha. The Assistant Tour Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel itineraries, ensuring seamless service delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Daily tasks involve liaising with clients, vendors, and travel partners, solving any logistical challenges, managing bookings, and maintaining updated travel arrangements and documentation. Ensuring each client's experience is unparalleled and memorable is a key responsibility. Qualifications Experience in travel coordination and itinerary management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in using travel planning software and tools Ability to work independently and handle logistical challenges effectively Knowledge of travel regulations and documentation requirements Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
