Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated MBBS Doctor to provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services. The doctor will be responsible for managing patients, maintaining medical records, and ensuring high-quality, ethical healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications, therapy, or other treatments as appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient histories.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary for further diagnosis or treatment.
• Provide emergency care as needed.
• Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
• Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Comply with all medical laws, ethics, and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Valid medical license/registration with [MCI/NMC or respective State Medical Council].
• Clinical experience (0–3+ years, depending on level).
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Working Conditions:

• May involve shift duties, including nights and weekends.
• Exposure to infectious diseases and medical emergencies.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Willingness to serve in rural or underserved areas (if applicable).
• Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care.
• Basic knowledge of hospital software systems and EMR (Electronic Medical Records).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
