We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to manage and expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) segment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in working with leading FMCG brands , a strong understanding of the HORECA ecosystem, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships that drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage key HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, chefs, and owners to ensure brand visibility and loyalty. Execute trade marketing and visibility initiatives within the HORECA segment. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery and effective stock management. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, market visits, and customer updates. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with company values and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in the HORECA channel . Prior experience with leading FMCG brands is mandatory . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
