Job Summary: A Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing or production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, packing, quality checking, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Operate basic machines and equipment used in the production line. Assemble, sort, or package products according to company standards. Inspect products for defects or damages during production. Load/unload raw materials or finished goods as required. Follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist in inventory handling and stock movement. Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Participate in regular training and team meetings. Requirements: Minimum education: High school pass or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage. Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stand for long hours. Basic understanding of production processes and safety rules. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
