We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely production, efficient logistics, and cost-effective procurement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage sourcing, procurement, inventory control, warehousing and logistics Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery Monitor KPIs and analyse data to identify areas for improvement Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues Implement technologies and systems to streamline operations Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering. 8+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in machine tool division (Electrical expertise is added advantage) Proficiency in studying drawings and understanding the description of parts for easy sourcing. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Basic ERP knowledge is must like SAP. Preferred Skills Excellent negotiation skills Strategic thinking with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Familiarity with sustainability practices in supply chain
