Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all interior work activities on-site. Coordinate and follow up with workers to ensure work begins and progresses as scheduled. Provide daily updates on work progress and site status to the management team every evening. Ensure quality standards and timelines are met as per project requirements. Pre-plan the next day’s work schedule and workforce requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure compliance with site regulations. Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
