As a Senior Officer Quality/Officer Quality at DMart Avenue Supermarts Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards of products at our supermarket chain located in Kolhapur, Indore, Pune, and Hasangarh. You will play a key role in upholding our commitment to provide customers with a wide range of basic home and personal products under one roof at competitive prices. Your primary tasks will include checking the incoming raw materials internally and externally as per specifications and regulatory requirements, adhering to FSSAI and legal metrology rules, supervising floor hygiene, conducting quality control and quality assurance processes, and handling customer complaints effectively by implementing corrective and preventive actions. To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with at least 4 years of experience in the FMCG, bakery, dairy, or grocery industry. A background in B.Tech in Food Technology, B.Sc. Chemistry, or B.Sc. Agriculture is preferred. Key skills in process and product management will be essential to succeed in this position. Your primary functional area will be QC/QA in the Food Industry, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
