Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Jalandhar. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and dispatching of deliveries. Daily tasks include tracking shipments, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The Dispatcher will also handle any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process, maintaining clear communication with the logistics team and customers. Qualifications Logistics Management, Scheduling, and Dispatching skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using dispatch software and tracking systems Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the Jalandhar area is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics or a related field is beneficial
