Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented DMA Executive to join our team. The role involves handling DSA code creation, coordination with sales partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for DSA (Direct Selling Agent) code creation and activation in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document verification and approval processes.
• Maintain accurate records of DSAs and their performance data.
• Communicate effectively with DSAs, resolve their queries, and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in partner onboarding, training, and compliance documentation.
• Generate regular MIS reports related to DSA performance and code status.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective DSA management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 0–1 years of experience in sales coordination, backend operations, or DSA handling (preferred in BFSI / Home Loan / Mortgage sector).
• Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and data management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Salary:

As per company norms / Based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year
