We are seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to focus primarily on creating and customizing sports apparel designs (jerseys, kits, fan wear). You will work closely with our production and sales teams to ensure designs meet both client specifications and our brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics and patterns for sublimation and direct-to-garment printing on various sports apparel. Adapt and customize existing design templates to meet individual client/team requirements, ensuring accurate color matching and logo placement. Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications, layers, and resolutions for production. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new seasonal collections and unique design trends in the sports industry. Maintain an organized library of design assets, logos, and finalized files. Qualifications: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. (Experience with InDesign is a plus). Creative Thinking: Proven ability to generate original and visually engaging design concepts. Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design. Note : Talented Freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design work, ensuring all files are technically perfect for production. Communication: Ability to take direction and communicate clearly with team members.
