Position Overview: We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our design and construction divisions to bring innovative architectural ideas to life — from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Create and develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings. Collaborate with interior designers and engineers for design and site coordination. Conduct site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved plans. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed architectural documentation. Communicate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure all designs meet building codes and sustainability guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial architectural projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Photoshop. Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, and modern architecture trends. Good communication and team coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in interior detailing or turnkey design–build projects. Ability to present design concepts clearly to clients and the team.
