Responsibilities Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to create new and innovative food products. Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to drive product development. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing food production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Implement new technologies and techniques to streamline manufacturing processes. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. Conduct regular product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with food safety regulations and industry standards. Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all products meet legal requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to bring products from concept to market. Provide technical support to various departments as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and testing procedures. Prepare and update technical documentation, including specifications and standard operating procedures. Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
