Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily park operations, including rides, attractions, and staff deployment. Ensure all rides and equipment meet safety and maintenance standards. Coordinate with HR, Maintenance, Security, and F&B teams for smooth functioning. Manage crowd control, cleanliness, and service quality across all zones. Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and performance of on-ground staff. Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. Support management in planning events, manpower, and operational budgets. Requirements:Graduate (Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred). 4–6 years of experience in amusement park, hospitality, or operations management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and ensure operational excellence in peak hours.

Operate and monitor assigned rides following safety procedures. Assist guests in boarding and exiting rides politely. Check safety restraints and ensure compliance with park rules. Maintain cleanliness around the ride area. Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor. Qualification: ITI (Electrician / Mechanical) preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a similar field.
1. Accounting Operations Manage day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliation). Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Maintain general ledger and prepare financial statements. 2. Financial Reporting Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L, and balance sheets. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management. Monitor budget vs. actual expenditure and highlight deviations. 3. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory requirements. Prepare and coordinate internal & external audits. Maintain proper documentation and filing as per audit requirements. 4. Team Management Supervise and guide the accounting team. Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met. Train team members on financial processes and compliance updates. 5. Vendor & Client Coordination Oversee vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliation. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients. Handle financial queries related to vendors, clients, and internal departments. 6. Process Improvement Develop and implement improved accounting processes. Strengthen internal controls and financial discipline. Automate repetitive finance tasks where possible.
