Job Location : Head Office based at Navi Mumbai Educational Qualification: Must be a Post Graduate Degree/MBA/MMS with specialisation in Human Resources or its equivalent from institutes recognised by UGC/State/Central Government. Additional qualification of LL.B shall be an added advantage. Experience: More than 18 years of work experience in HR Dept. of any reputed organisation. The candidate must have held a Senior Position in HR Department for at least 4 years. Skill Sets: As a key position, we are looking for the candidate who possesses strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, effective people management skills and strong written and oral communication skills. This role requires individuals with a solid HR background who can demonstrate their problem-solving capabilities. Age: Not more than 48 years as on March 31, 2025. No. of Position: 1 Job Description: Develop and implement HR Strategies & Policies, HR Budget to align business needs and support organisational goals. Develop and implement Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Retention, Engagement, etc. To foster a diverse work place that enables all employees to contribute to the organisation at their full potential. Supporting the development of high potential employees at all levels ensuring enhanced career path for high performing talents. Manage organizational changes to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. Identify opportunities and implement strategies for improving, developing and conserving human resources. Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure all company procedures to comply with various State/Central Labour/HR regulations. Collaborate with functional leaders for employee mentoring in order to ensure future leadership positions. Any other role and responsibility which may be assigned as per requirement of the Company.
