Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware. Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Ensure smooth functioning of servers, networks, and workstations. Network Management: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network and internet support. Technical Support: Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware and software issues. Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve them efficiently. Assist employees in setup and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Data Security & Backup: Ensure data security, backup, and recovery protocols are followed.
