We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer who can handle complete project design and documentation, including AutoCAD drawings, electrical layouts, BOQ preparation, and quotation summaries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical WorkDevelop interior concepts, space planning, material selections, and finishing schedules. Prepare AutoCAD drawings: floor plans, furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, electrical layouts, lighting plans, and detailed working drawings. Create accurate electrical wiring diagrams, switchboard layouts, and load distribution charts. BOQ, Excel & DocumentationPrepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Create detailed cost estimates, project costing sheets, and quantity take-offs. Maintain and update MS Excel-based project reports including cost summary, budgets, timelines, and comparison sheets. Prepare and submit project requirement quotations for clients and vendors. Ensure all documentation meets the required standards and is error-free. Project CoordinationCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and MEP teams. Conduct site visits for measurements, progress checks, and quality supervision. Assist in material selection, procurement follow-up, and vendor comparison. Support the project manager in timelines, cost control, and execution quality. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Good understanding of electrical layouts and lighting design. Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables, costing). Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity survey basics. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Preferred SkillsKnowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Enscape. Experience interacting with clients and handling vendor quotations. Understanding of procurement processes and material management.
