Position: Manufacturing Worker / Operator Company: Disposafe Health and Life Care Ltd. Key Responsibilities:  Operate and monitor production machinery used to manufacture medical disposable products.  Load raw materials / components into machines and set up manufacturing parameters.  Perform assembly, packing and packaging of finished products.  Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards during production.  Follow instructions and standard operating procedures on the production floor.  Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machines / equipment.  Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.  Maintain production records — e.g., number of units produced, packed, etc. Required Qualifications:  Maximum 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent basic education).  Interest in machine operation or manufacturing work.  Hard-working, punctual and reliable.  Attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Ability to work well in a team.  Reasonable physical fitness (standing for long hours / working near machines may be required). Other Details:  On-job training will be provided by the company.  Work shifts or regular hours depending on factory schedule.  Strict adherence to quality and safety norms is a must.
