Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatcher – Track & Trace professional to join our team for after-hours operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams during non-business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track active loads from pickup to delivery
• Maintain real-time communication with drivers to ensure on-time performance
• Address any issues or delays and provide quick solutions
• Update load statuses in Xpert board and provide regular reports track from ALS
• Communicate with customers to provide timely updates on shipments
• Escalate major issues to management when necessary

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dispatching or track & trace (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with night shifts and long hours
• Proficient in dispatch/tracking software and MS Office
• Reliable internet connection if working remotely
