DISPATCH LOAD PLANNER

As a Dispatcher for the US/Canada based logistics process, your role will involve the following key responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for working on Load Boards to book OB/IB for the fleet allocated to you. Additionally, you should be well-versed with ACE/ACI manifest, In Bond shipments, and load clearance. Being tech-savvy is a must as you will handle emails, calls, and software entries. Sending dispatch instructions to drivers, tracking them, and providing updates to customers with ETAs are essential tasks. Monitoring trucks via GPS to reduce truck idling and ensure efficient dispatch management is crucial. You will also check ELD for the next dispatch and plan dispatch for the next day with the allocated trucks and drivers. Knowledge of geographical mapping of Canada and the US is required.
