DISPATCH LOAD PLANNER- Dry Van Cross Border

As a Dispatcher for the US/Canada Based Logistics Process, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Working on Load Boards to book OB/IB for the fleet allocated to you. - Being well versed with ACE/ACI manifest, In Bond shipments, and load clearance. - Demonstrating tech-savviness to handle emails, calls, and software entries efficiently. - Sending Dispatch Instructions to drivers. - Tracking drivers and providing timely updates to Customers with ETAs. - Utilizing GPS monitoring of trucks to minimize Truck Idling and enhance dispatch management efficiency. - Checking ELD for the next dispatch follow-up. - Planning dispatch for the next day with the allocated trucks and drivers. - Having a sound knowledge of geographical mapping of Canada and the US. - Collaborating effectively both individually and in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience: 1 year in a similar role is preferred. - Language: Proficiency in English is preferred. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company requires individuals who are outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
