We are seeking the dispatch executive with 1-3 years of experience in trading to dispatch of product to customers, to ensure timely delivery & to maintain accurate records. Honest, Hardworking and dedicated. Eager to learn. Smart & decisive. Good communication skills. Enthusiastic with positive attitude.
Here are some of the responsibilities of dispatch executive:
Ø To prepare delivery challans & to dispatch of goods to customers.
Ø Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Ø Monitor the status of dispatches and resolve any issues that arise.
Ø Check stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate delivery requirements & place/expedite orders
Ø To prepare & maintain pending sales orders
Ø Monitor the status of incoming & outgoing deliveries
Ø Building good relationship with customers
Ø Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & tally prime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
